RETURNS & repairs

We want you to be completely happy with your experience, so in the event that you wish to return or exchange an item, please notify us via an email to sales@akonglondon.com within 30 days of delivery. The delivery date is taken as the date the shipment was signed for and released by the shipping provider. It would be helpful if you could provide us with details as to the reason for your return - it will help us ensure better service in the future.

Items being returned for a full refund must be in the same condition as when they were received. Returns on fabrics cut by the metre or 1/2 metre will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment as default. Sale items and custom orders are final and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged for a full refund.

Please note that we not be able to refund the cost of shipping of returned items and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We want you to enjoy the things you have bought from us for as long as possible, so we are happy to repair any worn or damaged item you bought from us at any time. Depending on the time and nature of the work required, we may quote you a fee for the repair or replacement of your damaged item.

We also welcome returns of any pre-loved Akong pieces that you no longer want and will do our best to re-home them for you. If we manage to sell on your pre-loved item, you will receive 80% of the sale proceeds as a refund.
