International orders placed online are shipped by FedEx International Priority or DHL Express, and usually takes 1-3 days for delivery.
Orders to the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery.
All orders require a signature upon receipt. We cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delays. If there is an issue with your shipping address, we will contact you via e-mail and will hold your order for 10 business days. If no response is received, your order will be cancelled and you will be liable for any associated charges incurred. If your order qualifies for free return shipping, once your return request has been received and authorised, we will e-mail you with instructions on how to book your return shipment with FedEx or DHL and the necessary customs paperwork to attach to it.
If your order does not qualify for free return shipping, once your return request has been received and authorised, you will be given the option to organise your return shipment with FedEx or DHL at a flat rate of £30, in which case we will e-mail you with instructions on how to book your return shipment and the necessary customs paperwork to attach to it. The flat shipping rate will be deducted from your final refund amount. If you choose to use another service to return your items, you must ship the package in a trackable and insured way, as we will not be responsible for returning items that get damaged or lost in transit.
