Due to the meticulous production required to make a piece of Akong jewellery, all items available on our website are made to order. Orders generally take between 5-10 days but can take up to two weeks to produce depending on available materials, plating requirements and the labour intensity required for the items. If you ordered more than one item, you may request partial deliveries. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. We make best efforts to keep the website updated with current style inventory, but given the nature of demand, at times component materials will be limited or out of stock before the website reflects this status. If we cannot fill your order within a reasonable timeframe, we will inform you via e-mail and give you the option to be put on a waiting list. We will try to also offer suggestions for other items that may act as a substitute to your original order. We will contact you via the e-mail provided by you during checkout.
All items shown on our website are processed as custom orders and as such, please note that they will not be returnable or refundable.
We are often able to customise colours within our pieces, should you wish. If you would like to make a customisation request, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire directly. Please provide all details in your e-mail so that we may respond to you as quickly and effectively as possible. We will make best efforts to fulfil your request.
Sales are final on all custom order and customised products.
Prices on the website are displayed in British pounds and include VAT for items sold within the EU, and any import duties and taxes for items sold outside the EU.
We accept all major credit cards. All credit card transactions are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway, which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. We do not hold your credit card details on the website.
